Chamber Ambassador Program

Our Mission:

The Chamber Ambassador Team is a group of dedicated Chamber volunteers committed to increasing member engagement. Ambassadors play a vital role by:

  • Raising community awareness of Chamber activities.
  • Educating new and prospective members on the value of Chamber membership.
  • Serving as key liaisons between the membership, staff, and the Board of Directors.

Ambassador Benefits:

  • Enhanced recognition for their individual contributions and/or their business.
  • Increased opportunities to build networks, especially with new members.
  • The chance to connect with local business and community leaders.

Ambassador Expectations and Commitments:

To serve as an Ambassador, individuals are expected to

Eligibility & Term:

  • Be an active member of the Chamber in good standing.
  • Secure their employer’s approval to participate in the program.
  • Serve a two-year term, with the possibility of being asked to serve a second term

Representation & Communication:

  • Act as an official representative of the Chamber at all events.
  • Effectively communicate and explain the benefits of Chamber membership.
  • Serve as a bridge between the Chamber organization and its members.
  • Represent their own business or organization as an active part of the Chamber.

Attendance & Participation (Approx. 5 hours per month):

  • Commit to consistent attendance at a variety of Chamber events.
  • Attend the quarterly Ambassador meeting
  • Attend the Business After Hours events
  • Attend ribbon cuttings.
  • Participate in or volunteer for three (3) major Chamber events annually.
